  • Deliver an initial working automation for a recurring team deliverable and extend the solution to additional prioritised use cases.
  • Document AI tooling, workflows, and processes to enable the team to operate and maintain solutions beyond the initial contract period.

  • Assess solutions against Flutter's security, privacy, and data protection standards.
  • Build the business case and coordinate the selected solution through InfoSec, Legal, and DPO approval processes.
  • Consider GDPR requirements, including recording consent and data residency.
  • Implement the approved meeting intelligence solution across the team.
  • Define clear usage standards and guidelines for responsible adoption.

  • Increase practical understanding and adoption of AI tools within the team.
  • Embed effective prompt patterns, usage standards, and responsible-AI guardrails into everyday workflows.
  • Act as the first point of contact for AI use-case triage, questions, and team support.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and the adoption of effective AI practices across the team.

Workflow Optimisation

  • Audit recurring team workflows and identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation and productivity improvements.
  • Maintain and prioritise a backlog of AI and automation opportunities.
  • Assess build-versus-buy options for identified use cases, considering tools and capabilities already available within Flutter.
  • Adjust the tooling focus as business priorities evolve, ensuring effort is directed towards the highest-value productivity opportunities.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of implemented solutions.
  • Prepare a continuation recommendation ahead of the conversion review.

Six-Month Delivery Framework
