Role Overview:

Reporting into the ISMS Policy Manager – UKI, the Security Governance and Assurance Analyst will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the tech workstream for Flutter UKI’s audits and assessments. This may include ISO 27001, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), NIST, PCI DSS in addition to other 2nd and 3rd line internal assessments. This position will work with stakeholders to ensure the regulatory demands upon the Tech teams are delivered, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders including auditors to ensure compliance.

The Security Governance and Assurance Analyst will independently manage the assessments, working with 2nd and 3rd line teams to ensure requests are sent out in a timely manner, evidence is received and meets the standard required for evidential assurance. They will facilitate conversations between 2nd and 3rd line stakeholders and Flutter UKI Tech teams and oversee the delivery of any remedial action.

The role will work closely with the ISMS & Policy Manager on the coordination of Compliance programmes and define and operationalise 1st line security controls and reporting within UKI. In addition, the role will help to drive the creation, review and adoption of InfoSec policies and standards.

The role requires a significant level of engagement across the UKI Infosec team and other stakeholders in the division & Group located in other European locations. There is therefore an expectation of some travel with this role, as required.

• Responsible for day-to-day delivery of Flutter UKI external compliance programmes, in particular ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SOX.
• Responsible for facilitation of other second and third line audits e.g. NIST, Internal Audit, UKI Risk & Assurance assessments.
• Assisting the ISMS & Policy Manager as required with the ISO 27001 audits and the creation, annual review cycle, withdrawal of policies and standards.
• Understands the UKI Tech & Infosec principles and supports the team in delivering on these.

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO27001, GDPR and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)

Role Overview:

The Senior Cyber Controls Engineer will design, build, and manage the integrations that power Flutter UK&I's Cyber Controls Monitoring platform (Anecdotes), owning the full integration lifecycle from architecture through delivery. Working closely in the CCM team, the role sits at the intersection of technical engineering and control testing & monitoring, ensuring cybersecurity controls are continuously tested, evidenced, and aligned to regulatory frameworks. The engineer will be a founding technical contributor to a programme central to Flutter UK&I's cybersecurity strategy, directly shaping the region’s ability to detect control failures, support remediation, and demonstrate control health to key stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Platform Engineering & Integration

• Design, build, and maintain all integrations between the Anecdotes platform and key systems, selecting the appropriate method — out-of-box, or custom — based on data requirements and system complexity.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between Anecdotes and critical data sources, always maintaining reliable and secure data flows.
• Integrate the platform with tools such as Jira or Slack to enable automated alerting, exception ticketing, and gaps notifications.

Automated Control Monitoring

• Define data extraction logic per control test in collaboration with the CCM team, ensuring outputs meet the desired quality.

Security & Architecture Standards

• Support the design and build of the integration between Anecdotes and internal BI tooling, enabling automated data flows from control test outputs into BI dashboards that provide visibility of control maturity to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the platform produces accurate, timely control evidence aligned to relevant frameworks and regulations (e.g., SOX, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS) to support compliance reporting.
• Maintain a technical risk register for the CCM platform, documenting integration risks and data quality issues with proposed mitigations.

• Proven experience integrating tooling via APIs, out-of-box connectors, and custom-built integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent, with the ability to build and maintain automated pipelines for deploying and managing integration configurations and platform updates.

We are seeking a Principal Data Solution Architect to design and deliver distributed data platforms that power Flutter's applications across Gaming and Sportsbook. This role is focused on execution and solutions delivery – building scalable, high-performance data platforms that enable real-time and batch data processing at scale. The Principal Data Solution Architect will be responsible for architecting distributed data platforms including real-time streaming infrastructure, distributed compute platforms, object storage solutions, and SQL/NoSQL data stores. What you’ll do

What you’ll need:

• Review and interpret policy and framework requirements (e.g. NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOX) and translate them into detailed control test specifications that the Engineering team can build integrations and extraction logic against

The role of Infrastructure Product Owner within the Platform Reliability Services area of Infrastructure & Platforms focuses on improving the reliability, observability, scalability, and operational effectiveness of the core services that engineering and operational teams rely on.

This role supports a broad range of services across observability, database services, performance and reliability tooling, helping ensure teams have the visibility, insight, and foundational services needed to build and operate resilient products at scale.

You’ll act as the key link between internal users, stakeholders, and delivery teams, with a strong focus on prioritisation, coordination, and delivery execution. You’ll help shape and maintain a well-prioritised backlog aligned to both strategic goals and operational needs, ensuring teams are focused on delivering meaningful and actionable improvements.

Working closely with engineering teams, Heads Of, architects, wider stakeholders, and fellow Product Owners across Infrastructure & Platforms, you’ll contribute to roadmap planning while balancing longer-term platform outcomes with the day-to-day delivery priorities of a fast-moving environment.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise backlogs across Platform Reliability Services, supporting observability, database, and operational reliability products and services

• Translate technical and operational needs into clear, actionable user stories and delivery priorities

• Work closely with engineering and operational teams to improve platform reliability, visibility, scalability, and operational efficiency

• Partner closely with other Product Owners across Infrastructure & Platforms to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support joined-up delivery outcomes

• Shape and maintain a clear, prioritised backlog that reflects customer needs, platform priorities, dependencies, and measurable value

• Support delivery teams through backlog refinement, planning activities, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment

• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequence work to maximise delivery efficiency and reduce friction

• Support onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement of platform tooling and services

• Contribute to roadmap shaping and prioritisation alongside Heads Of and engineering leadership
