Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) - PokerStars

JavaScript, Angular, Typescript, Redux (Rematch), Webpack, HTML5, CSS3


  • 5+ years of front-end development experience

  • Exposure to full lifecycle on a production stage enterprise application delivery

  • Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (ES5, ES6)

  • Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (React expertise is a nice to have)

  • Understanding of key frontend design principles

  • Experience leading front-end development including defining and implementing best practices, production of testable, readable code, and working with more junior colleagues to help them improve

  • Understanding of the Flux architecture and experience working with Redux

  • Experience working with Webpack and NPM

  • Knowledge and working experience with code testing techniques (BDD, TDD)

  • Ability to work with version control systems and CI systems

  • Ability to work with JIRA, Confluence, or similar systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good spoken English

Nice to have :

  • Experience working with Docker / Kubernetes

  • Experience working with WebSockets

  • AngularJS
