The ideal candidate has a vast exposure in designing and building solutions for large scale enterprise systems and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle.

- Work with agile development methodologies, adhere to best practices and pursue continuous learning opportunities
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and openness for feedback
- Ability to bridge gaps and communicate effectively between cross-functional teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentor other team members
- Adopt a positive, innovative and committed approach to overcome obstacles and problem solving
- Design new solutions in support of rapidly emerging business needs
- Active development across the full stack on highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
- Advocate for defining and maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application performance and design.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or engineering
- 2+ years of proven experience in building large scale, cross platform web applications
- Hands on experience in frontend technologies (Vue, Angular, React, Redux) and Java EE.
- Excellent skills in solution design
- Proficient in application tuning, debugging and performance optimization.
- Experience in unit/integration testing
