Project Manager - Betfair International

  • Cluj, Romania
  • Full time 40 hours
  • Permanent

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Betfair International team.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both! We will kit you out to work from home but know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission aligned.

Are you our next star player?

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the wider team to lead on the delivery of a multitude of initiatives from simple ticket requests, right up to bigger country launches and projects spanning various tribes. Amongst other things this will involve coordinating deliverables and dependencies across our tribe’s UKI, Porto and Cluj locations as well as teams, which expand into the wider global Flutter organisation.

The Betfair teams have built an exciting new Sportsbook which we launched on Mobile Web in 2022. This is just the first step on a far bigger journey to both enhance the new product while rolling it out to replace our old legacy Sportsbook on other devices and in the remaining territories we operate in.

  • Be part of a team which includes Product Managers and Business Analysts

  • Work closely with Delivery Teams across UKI and International

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer initiatives, leading each of the stages through early discovery, planning, build and land

  • Work with Product and Technology to ensure plans are complete, accurate, up to date and communicated

  • Set up and govern well defined communication channels

  • Govern migration risks ensuring these are owned, managed and communicated appropriately

  • Align the many contributing product development teams through strong dependency management
