Security Analyst
You as the Security Analyst will act as the point of expertise for all things related to security and access within systems. Working within the Technology Assurance team, you will be responsible for working across the People Technology team and across the HR Operations team to support the team in ensuring that security and access are functioning as they should and are appropriately governed.
What are the responsibilities?
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Security within the People Technology team.
Ensure any security access rights and changes go through appropriate governance forums.
Support the wider Technology Assurance team in resolving any issues in accessing Workday as they arise.
Support the wider Technology Assurance team in resolving all security related issues within Workday, whether view/edit or domain/policy related, as they arise.
Input into the impact assessment of system change, highlighting any impacts from a security and access perspective.
Provide expertise and advice to the product team on security implications surrounding the design and configuration of system change.
Drive best practice for system security within the People Technology team, encouraging continual improvement around policy/domain set up and configuration, regularly reviewing the current security model.
Ensure regular vulnerability scans of systems are completed and reviewed.
Collaborate on the implementation of identified and applicable security standards, regulations and statutory requirements.
Escalate challenges and risks to the Technology Assurance Lead as they arise
What are the skills and capabilities?

Excellent understanding of HR technology security policies and models.

Working knowledge of information security frameworks, standards and appropriate guidelines.

Good understanding of Workday Security and how this integrates with other enabling technologies.

Certified in Workday HCM, certifications in other technical/functional areas of Workday would be desirable.

Experience with configuring People Technology solutions would be desirable.

Fair understanding of HR processes preferred - particularly joiner, mover, leaver processes.

Ability to operate and partner effectively within a People Technology team.

Willingness to upskill on technology and learn new skills/systems.
