Function overview:

Flutter is currently undergoing an exciting HR transformation, establishing a cross-divisional Global HR Operations function underpinned by Workday as the global people technology platform. This People Centre of Excellence will deliver agile, scalable HR services and a high quality experience to Flutter's brands and divisions. This includes a new Specialist Services support function partnering with specialist HR teams to drive and support in areas including, reward; talent, engagement, and learning; audit, policy, and compliance.

The Talent Administration Partner will play a key role working with divisional Talent & learning teams across UK&I, International, and Group. They will be supporting across a variety of talent-related tasks including: supporting with general training administration & transactional activities, engagement & oversight of the Peakon system (within workday) and broader talent Workday activities. The role will be providing general talent/L&D administration support along with coaching on engagement and other learning support requirements that occur. The role will involve a high level of working to deadlines set by the Talent Manager along with a high level of stakeholder engagement across the group and working across all elements of our new FlutterBe/Workday system.


  • Act as a partner working with key talent & L&D stakeholders across the wider HR function (Group, UK&I, and International) providing a robust L&D administration service to the business
  • Support with reporting and data collation needs, and the delivery of the Peakon employee engagement approach within the group, understanding the key metrics and KPIs (ensuring they align with the wider Flutter culture)
  • Provide updates and chasers to employees regarding the completion of mandatory employee training and coaching and supporting where required
  • Supporting people managers with transactional Peakon content knowledge, guidance and processing, adopting a coaching and supportive role
  • Manage & support the delivery of annual/cyclical processes such as career review processes, including reviewing outcomes and recording as required as guided by divisional talent teams, checking for accuracy and working to tight deadlines
  • Provide transactional support on queries within the HR Special Services team supporting other teams as required

The ideal candidate: 

  • Proven experience in a previous HR Shared Service admin/advisory role ideally with knowledge of L&D transactional activities with a good understanding of stakeholder management and working in rhythms/cycles within a high volume environment
  • Proven experience delivering & administering L&D/Talent administrative/transactional processes within an HR Operations function.
  • Good understanding and demonstrable experience working in a high employee engagement environment – with examples of approaches/strategies used previously to gain maximum engagement
  • Experience working in global complex federated organisations preferred.
  • Good understanding of Peakon or other similar employee engagement digital tools with a focus on enabling the best user experience
  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills to ensure the talent support is meeting business needs and working, able to work collaboratively across the other wider functions
  • Prior experience of reviewing data, creating workflows and reports to enable checking of HRIS system held data for accuracy.
  • Prior experience of coaching and engaging managers in new learning technologies
